Construction Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. This position is also hands on building our homes and leading our volunteer groups. ResponsibilitiesOversee construction projects from construction to completion Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors Ensure quality and help with getting donations of products Reporting and tracking status reportsWorking with vendors to get bids and best pricingPulling permits and working with government departments throughout the builds for inspections etcQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture , not required but is a plusTime management Decision making abilities Strong communication abilities Leadership experience
