General Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food quality, customer service, and being a team leader. Duties - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and kitchen activities - Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and customer satisfaction - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure financial accountability - Provide leadership and guidance to the team to maintain high standards of hospitality - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food offerings -Place an importance on quality and service.
