Northside Garage Door Systems is a locally owned and operated garage door company that services customers throughout central Indiana. Northside specializes in commercial, residential, and industrial grade repairs and installations. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic team player who is ready to be part of a rapidly growing organization.
The Business Development Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service to current customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify prospects, customers, internal and external referral sources to expand the customer base.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Follow processes to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
Networking with organizations
E-mail marketing
Cold calling
Field sales – Door to door sales
Researching companies and leads
Travel to meet with potential customers and current account customers.
Create and present quotes and proposals to potential customers and current customers.
Attend trade shows and conferences.
Establish and maintain a database for customers and prospects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
At minimum, associate’s degree or related field sales experience.
Minimum two years of prior sales experience in business-to-business sales; preferably in the garage door industry or other home service or construction industries.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
Experience with CRM software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Independent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Team focused attitude.
Ability to have fun at work while maintaining professionalism.
Wage/Benefits Information
· Compensation: $50,000-85,000 / year base salary (plus commission) depending on experience. Very aggressive monthly commission bonuses based on production and sales in addition to base salary.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
