Practice Overview You'll join a team at a comprehensive healthcare system serving West Texas and New Mexico Monday to Friday schedule with on-site coverage preferred and single hospital focus Daily volume includes approximately 30-60 CT reads; modalities include CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and some MRI Final reads only, with no current Light IR requirements; open to Light IR if interested Schedule Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no weekend requirements Call coverage is rare, primarily managed by vRAD with minimal disruption Flexible approach to Light IR duties if desired Overflow reads sent to vRAD, reducing call burden Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $690,000 plus RVUs, with additional earning potential Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus retirement plan with matching Generous PTO of 60 days and CME support Candidate Requirements Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Diagnostic Radiology Open to new graduates or those with some experience International and American medical graduates are welcome to apply Minor background issues are considered case-by-case Community & Location Highlights Located in a vibrant city with a variety of dining and shopping options Access to award-winning public and private schools Proximity to an international airport with direct flights to major cities Cost of living is approximately 8% lower than the national average Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
