Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to support business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Duties:
- Utilize analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI to create reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Design and implement database structures to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Extract and manipulate data from various sources using ETL tools such as Talend.
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Analyze and interpret data using SQL and other analytical tools.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain data visualization reports using tools such as Visio.
- Automate data processing and reporting tasks using VBA scripting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with database design and ETL tools such as Talend.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with VBA scripting and data governance policies.
- Knowledge of data analytics and data science principles.
- Experience with server-side data processing and management.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with data quality checks and data validation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,908.00 - $91,037.00 per year
