This is an ideal role for someone who wants to step into a hands-on leadership position with the ability to influence programs, drive improvements, and enhance the employee experience.What You’ll DoLead and manage all benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, leave)Own open enrollment end-to-endEnsure compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, etc.)Manage vendors, brokers, and budgetsAnalyze data and drive strategic improvementsPartner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadershipWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of benefits experience (8+ preferred)Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and program designExperience with HRIS systems (Paycom a plus)Analytical mindset with strong Excel skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.If you’re looking for a visible, high-impact role where you can truly own and shape benefits programs, this is a great opportunity to step up.
