Mobile Crisis On Call Counselor (degreed) - Eyerly Ball

Provide crisis response and intervention to clients on crisis calls in community or home settings where the crisis is occurring. Complete related data entry and documentation in accordance with agency policy. During an on-call shift, be available by telephone and be prepared to respond to calls within a 1-hour physical response region while coordinating with the on-call partner. Qualifications. Education:Must meet one of the following:Mental health professional as defined in Iowa Code section 228.1 Bachelor's degree; or. Associate's degree; or High school diploma Experience (based on education level noted above):Mental health professional: 1 year of mental health experience. Bachelor's in human services: 1 year. Bachelor's in non-human services: 2 years. Associate's degree: 2 years. High school diploma: 2 years Licenses/ Certifications:Valid driver's license and compliance with Eyerly Ball's auto insurance policy.
