The role also involves collaborating closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives, overseeing pipeline development and forecasting, and ensuring strong client relationships that support retention and growth.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building successful partnerships at scale. Strong leadership and team development skills are essential, along with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities, deep knowledge of sales operations and performance metrics, and experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
