You will define how Xometry builds and scales its supplier network, from acquisition and onboarding to activation and retention.You will set the vision, build the strategy, and oversee the programs and initiatives that strengthen our supply base. You will manage a small team and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.What You'll DoDefine the vision and roadmap for Xometry's supplier network, including segmentation, tiering, and performance standardsDesign and launch incentive programs and engagement models that improve partner quality, retention, and growthPartner with Partner Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure programs are built, implemented, and communicated effectively.Manage and develop a team of two direct reports focused on supplier acquisition, onboarding, and activationTrack KPIs and analyze supplier behavior to optimize programs and continuously improve outcomesWhat Skills Do I Need?Strategic thinker who can translate marketplace goals into supplier programsExperienced team leader with a track record of managing and developing talentData-driven operator comfortable with Excel, SQL, and BI toolsStrong communicator who can influence executives and simplify complex ideasBuilder/doer mindset with the ability to launch pilots, iterate quickly, and scale proven modelsQualifications8+ years in supply, partner, channel strategy, program design, or marketplace operationsProven success leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadershipExperience creating and scaling partner or supplier programsTrack record of managing small teamsStrong skills in data analysis and financial modelingNice to HaveExperience in a manufacturing, supply chain, hardware, or B2B marketplace domainExperience with partner / supplier onboarding, integrations, or systemsExperience in management consultingExperience with gamification or behavior designThe estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $150,000 - $196,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
