New Business Coordinator

Summary of Job Duties: Under the general supervision of the Sales Operations Manager. The New Business Coordinator will work directly with the New Business Account Rep which is responsible for the identification and the development of strategic relationships with potential customers to promote new business sales and business growth for both our manufactured and vendor lines.Specific Job DutiesScreening received emails and incoming calls looking to open a new account with ThresholdHelp with the on-boarding process of new accounts – such as: Hiltons, Sana and Irwin’s customers. Ensure customer inquiries are promptly and courteously handled, providing follow up as neededProvide and complete the necessary research and documentation on the potential new accounts Data Entry into our system of the New Account Application informationFollow up courtesy call once account has been opened letting them know about their new account repOrganize mailings to prospective new accountsBackup for Sana customers needing information on their account Backup for Warehouse Change requestFollow all department and company policiesPerform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold managementMinimum Qualifications RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED required2 years applicable telemarketing, inside sales or customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, self-motivatedMust have a personable, enthusiastic attitude, along with being professional on the phone. Must type 40 wpm Well organized, attention to details and excellent follow through Pass company tests at 80%Skills And/or Training DesiredNutritional background; knowledge of vitamin, mineral, supplement and natural products industry a plusStrong skills in identifying opportunitiesHighly motivated to work independently within established procedures
