CBRE GWS deliversconsistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of thelifecycle, and across industries and geographies.**About the role**The purpose of this position is to lead all aspects ofvendor management / soft services operations for janitorial & radio onsitealong with related performance metrics for an 800K SQ FT pharmaceutical site inResearch Triangle Park, North Carolina.**What you'll do**Leads Landscaping, janitorial, shipping / receiving,cafeteria, mailroom, waste/ hazard, uniform, confidential shredding servicesand lab garments services ensuring work is completed in accordance withaccount Key Performance Indicators.Responsible for compliance with national and local codes andregulations. Examples include fire and life safety, environmental, orindustry/client specific third-party compliance standards such as JCAHO, ISO14001, cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), etc.Leads vendor performance on all existing/new regionaloutsource provider service contracts and ongoing administration of the Requestfor Proposal process to ensure the best pricing and service level performance.May assist with contract reviews and amendments.Coordinates safety programs to make sure they're implementedand adhered to in conjunction with client specific safety requirements, andactively promotes working safely and the importance of safe work practices.Responsible for client account inspections of allfacilities. Documents inspection report results and rectifies any issues,concerns, etc. with client.**Supervisory responsibilities**This person will support a team of 4 reports.**What you'll need**High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree)required. Bachelor's degree preferred. The minimum salary for the Project Coordinator - Data Center position is $62,400 annually [or $30.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Project Coordinator - Data Center position is $72,800 annually [or $35.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
