Role: Full stack React Developer with Azure cloudLocation: Wilmington, MA (Hybrid)Duration: 6+ MonthsFront end full stack developer, but stronger on the front-end side with React. They need someone to set up the react projectBackend is Python, .Net or C# so need to be strong with 1 of theseThis person should have recent/strong experience setting foundation for front endExperience/strong with API callNeed to be strong on Azure side cloudThey know the authentication and how it worksJob Overview:Responsibilities:Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Azure cloud-native services, including App Services, Functions, API Management (APIM), Data Factory (ADF), Key Vault, and Azure SQL.Design and implement front-end solutions using frameworks like React or equivalent, ensuring a seamless user experience.Build and maintain back-end systems using languages such as Python, C#, Java, or Node.js, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.Implement modern development practices including CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and cloud security patterns to ensure efficient and secure development processes.Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to enhance coding productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale, enterprise-grade applications that require integration, security, and scalability.Lead technical discussions and decisions to shape solutions and make architectural contributions, even without formal authority.Translate ambiguous business requirements into solid technical designs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.Address complex problem-solving challenges under constraints, delivering impactful solutions in environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.Navigate enterprise compliance and security constraints while delivering usable applications that meet regulatory requirements.Stay updated with cloud computing trends and competitive landscape, particularly between Azure, AWS, and GCP.Understand enterprise digital transformation and how technology drives business outcomes such as cost savings, automation, and customer experience.Ensure awareness of data privacy laws, zero-trust architectures, and regulatory pressures that influence solution design and implementation.Gain knowledge of the company's processes and systems to align solutions with actual business workflows and priorities.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Qualifications:Formal Education (Explicit Requirement)Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline.Equivalent experience is accepted in place of a formal degree if the candidate demonstrates strong technical capability.Certifications (Implied / Strongly Beneficial)Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) – Focuses on developing for Azure.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Valuable if the role leans more into architectural decisions.Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) – Since CI/CD and DevOps pipelines are key in the job description.Training / Skills Development AreasAzure Cloud-Native Services: App Services, Functions, APIM, ADF, Key Vault, Azure SQL.Frontend Development: React or equivalent frameworks.Backend Development: Python, C#, Java, Node.js.Modern Dev Practices: CI/CD, Git-based workflows, cloud security patterns.AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).Industry or Functional Experience Necessary for SuccessFull-Stack Development (Cloud Context): Minimum 3+ years of experience working across both front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Python, C#, Java, Node.js) layers.Cloud-Native Development: Strong experience developing in Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), Azure SQL, Azure DevOps pipelines).Enterprise Application Delivery: Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-grade applications that require integration, security, and scalability.Need for Prior Leadership ExperienceFormal Leadership: Not required. Experience with Python (primary per description), plus knowledge of C#, Java, or Node.js. Designing and optimizing RESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise services.Architecture and Design Principles: Knowledge of modular, reusable, and extensible architecture.
