Senior Web Developer (Drupal / Acquia)

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Web Developer with deep expertise in Drupal and the Acquia ecosystem to support and enhance our MarTech digital platforms. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal oversight, and consistently delivers high-quality, scalable, and secure web solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance websites built on Drupal CMS, following best practices and coding standards.Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver sprint goals.Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and release cycles.Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues to ensure optimal stability and performance.Implement enhancements, customizations, and new features aligned with business needs.Leverage Acquia tools and cloud platform for site building, deployment, and performance optimization.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Proficiency in PHP and backend development for Drupal applications.Proven experience working with Drupal CMS (Drupal 10 or 11).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and time management skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.Preferred / Bonus SkillsExperience developing custom Drupal modules.Familiarity with Acquia Site Studio and Acquia Cloud tools.Ability to write advanced/custom JavaScript for interactive components.Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Familiarity with Pendo or similar user experience platforms.Soft SkillsSelf-driven with the ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Clear communicator comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.Highly responsive, reliable, and team-oriented.Why Join Us?Work on modern MarTech platforms with cutting-edge tools.Opportunity to influence scalable and impactful web solutions.Collaborative, Agile-driven team culture.Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
