Job Title: RN -Unit Manager Location: Camden, ME 04843 Contract Length: 14 Weeks Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat) Guarantee: 40hrs. Weekly Tax-Free Stipend (Travel/Housing): $ 1,666.00(Non-Taxable) Weekly Straight Pay: $1,000.00 (Taxable) Total Weekly Gross: $2,666.00 Note: ON- CALL REQUIRED Overview: We’re hiring a dedicated RN Unit Manager for a 9-week contract in Concord, NH. This role is ideal for an experienced registered nurse with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff in daily operations Oversee patient care plans and ensure compliance with standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records Act as a leader and resource for clinical problem-solving Requirements: Active RN license (ME or compact state) Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred BLS certification (required) Driving Licences Covid Card Updated Resume Job Types: Contract, Temporary Pay: $2,666.00 per week Work Location: In person
