Production areas may be cold, with wet or slippery floors.Job DescriptionJob Title: QA Ingredient Receiving Technician5am 3:30pm Monday - Thursday + most Friday's + some Saturdays - OT is mandatoryPosition Summary: The QA Ingredient Receiving Technician supports the Quality Assurance department by inspecting, analyzing, and testing incoming ingredients to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and ship samples.Assist with receiving operations, including checking in trucks and inspecting incoming ingredients for damage.Serve as a backup for the QA Raw Materials Inspector.Apply and remove hold tags as directed.Weigh and inspect outgoing customer shipments for accuracy and quality.Complete all required documentation related to incoming ingredients.Collect samples and perform measurements to verify compliance with customer specifications.Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs), shelf life, item numbers, microbiological data, and allergen/labeling information.
