CRDN of the MidSouth is searching for a self driven candidate with leadership qualities to add to our family of team leaders. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all functions of of the process including the scheduling of teams and logistics, managing costs of supplies, labor, and damages, coordinating work flow with customer pickup and delivery deadlines, understanding the programs requirements from each of our clients, as well as maintain a cohesive team environment that promotes longevity and promotion within. Additional Responsibilities Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with team leads Ensure efficient and accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration Plan and execute projects to completion Track the financial, and overall, performance of individuals, jobs, and production departments Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects Meet or exceed established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses Hire, train, develop, discipline, and discharge Operations employees Track equipment used on company jobs Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site Maintain appropriate inventory of production supplies and materials Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Memphis, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Restoration: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
