YPO Chapter Manager

The Chapter Manager will partner closely with the ChapterDirector and the Chapter leadership to drive engagement, elevate the member and spouse/partnerexperience, and ensure seamless execution across all Chapter initiatives.The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic executor, and trusted advisor—capable ofoperating at both a tactical and strategic level while supporting a sophisticated membership baseof CEOs, founders, and industry leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Chapter Growth• Partner with the Chapter Director, Chapter Officers and Board to execute strategicpriorities aligned with engagement, retention, and long-term growth• Analyze member feedback and participation trends to continuously refine the Chapter’svalue proposition• Support membership lifecycle management, including onboarding, integration, andretention strategies• Strengthen the Chapter’s brand positioning as a best-in-class YPO Gold Chapter throughinnovative programming and member experienceBoard & Officer Support• Serve as a trusted operational partner to Chapter leadership, including the Chapter Chairand Officer group• Develop board meeting agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution of keyinitiatives• Drive continuity through officer transitions by maintaining institutional knowledge andbest practices• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across leadership, members, and thebroader YPO networkMember & Spouse/Partner Experience• Design and deliver a high-touch, curated experience for members and spouses/partnersacross all touchpoints• Oversee approximately 40+ annual events, including signature experiences, engagementlunches, family programming, and spouse/partner events• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, increase participation, and enhance peer-to-peer connectivity• Ensure every interaction reflects the Chapter’s commitment to excellence, relevance, andmeaningful connectionOperations & Administration• Assist with all Chapter communications across email, WhatsApp, Chapter platforms, andevent touchpoints• Maintain organizational systems, governance records, and operational workflows• Ensure alignment with YPO standards, policies, and best practices• Coordinate seamlessly with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to executeChapter initiativesFinancial Oversight• Manage Chapter budget, dues collection, and financial processes with a high level ofaccuracy and accountability• Provide regular financial reporting and insights to Chapter leadership• Support financial planning and ensure sustainable allocation of resources aligned withChapter prioritiesEvents & Programming Execution• Assist with overseeing end-to-end execution of all Chapter events, including venueselection, contracts, logistics, and on-site management• Deliver exceptional, high-caliber experiences that reflect the expectations of a world-class membership base• Track attendance, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback to inform futureprogramming• Collaborate with Officers to ensure content is compelling, relevant, and aligned withChapter themesQualifications• 7+ years of experience in operations, membership organizations, executive support, orsimilar high-level roles• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, boards, and high-performing communities• Strong background in event execution, communications, and organizational leadershipsupport• Experience within YPO or similar membership-based or leadership organizationsstrongly preferred• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to operate independentlyIdeal Profile• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented• Comfortable engaging with CEOs, founders, and high-level executives• Detail-driven with the ability to operate seamlessly under pressure• Passionate about building community, driving engagement, and delivering exceptionalexperiences• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilitiesAdditional Preferred Experience• Experience with branding, partnerships, or strategic communications• Familiarity with platforms such as Chapter Pro, CVENT, and financial managementsystems• Project management expertise or certification is a plusOther Requirements• Availability for evening and weekend events as required• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment• Occasional travel may be requiredCompensationCompetitive and commensurate with experience, aligned with the expectations of a high-impact leadership role.
