Company emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity in delivering value-driven solutions to its clients.Salary Range: $180K-$200K/AnnumJob Description:We are looking for a high-performing Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition in the BFSI Cards & Payments space.This role is focused on building net-new relationships, opening strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth within banks, fintechs, and payment organizations.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business development by acquiring new logos in the BFSI Cards & Payments segmentIdentify and target banks, payment processors, fintechs, and card networksOwn the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closureBuild strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of Payments, etc.)Position IT services offerings across:Digital TransformationPayments modernizationCards platform (issuance, acquiring)Cloud, Data, and AnalyticsCollaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, alliances) to create winning proposalsDevelop and execute account entry strategies for new clientsConsistently meet or exceed revenue and pipeline targetsRequired Experience:10+ years in IT services sales, with strong focus on hunting/new logo acquisitionProven experience in BFSI domain, specifically:Cards & Payments (Issuing, Acquiring, Merchant Payments, Digital Payments)Strong understanding of payment ecosystems:Card networksPayment processors and gatewaysTrack record of closing large, complex dealsExperience working with global clients (US market preferred)Key Skills:Strong hunter mindset with proactive prospecting abilityExcellent stakeholder management & CXO engagementStrategic thinking with execution focusStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentAbout ApTask:ApTask is a leading global provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition services, dedicated to shaping the future of work.
