In this role, your primary responsibility will be working with licensing specialists in managing the licensing and registration of new and existing insurance professionals.In this role, you will oversee representative terminations, exam windows, insurance appointments and processing maintenance requests for existing agents. The duties required include ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies. In addition, candidates for this role should be highly organized, display a high degree of ownership, and possess a strong work ethic.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesLicensing directors oversee the P&C licensing requirements and maintenance of new and existing agents. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the client, the MCI operations, and the shared services team.Key Responsibilities:Work with specialists and managers to assist agents in obtaining their insurance licenses.Communicate requirements with internal teams and follow up when necessaryEnsure fingerprint requirements are followedVerify applicants' forms are completed accuratelyWhen needed, communicate with state regulators to inquire about state-specific requirements and/or the status of state registrations.Manages licensing fees and ensures waiver processes are followed correctly.Ensures the processing and completion of registered individuals' terminations are done on timeAssist specialists and managers in ensuring appropriate exams are taken, and the results are recorded.Verifies data in various computer systems for representatives, advisors, and employees, including change requests for addresses, contracts, etc. up to dateEnsure annual renewal and terminations of registration are in complianceAnswers securities and advisory questions from advisors, support staff, and employeesManages the onboarding of registered employeesAll other duties as assignedCandidate QualificationsWonder If You Are A Good Fit For This Position?All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply.
