Key ResponsibilitiesFollow SOPs, safety standards, and cGMP requirements while performing daily manufacturing activitiesSupport production processes and manufacturing operations in accordance with approved proceduresOperate manufacturing and material-handling equipment as directedComplete all required training assignments in a timely mannerAccurately document production activities in real time using controlled documentation practicesPerform routine in-process checks including weight verification, component counts, and basic calculationsClean production rooms, tools, and equipment according to established proceduresAssist other operational or manufacturing areas as neededSupport occasional overtime or weekend coverage based on production demandsPerform additional duties as assignedAreas of Manufacturing SupportEquipment setup and sterilization preparationCompounding and formulation activitiesAseptic processing and filling operationsPackaging support including capping and related activitiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferredFill Finish experience requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environmentPrior pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience preferredAbility to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentationStrong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
