We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Night Safety personnel to join our team at The Park at Modesto!Part-time opportunity!Earn between $20 and $22/hour, dependent on experience!Multiple Shifts! This role performs a variety of tasks related to maintaining a safe, secure community that is tidy and inviting.What You'll DoComplete nightly rounds around the community per the scheduleMonitor cameras and activity to ensure the safety of residents and staffSecure exterior gates and doors of the communityPerforming general housekeeping duties per the schedulePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMust be Drug-free and submit to Urinary Analysis Drug screening upon hire and routinelyMust be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsAbout Koeslch CommunitiesWe are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
