Order Entry AnalystLocation: Mill Barbosa-Antioquia or Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid)Duration: 8 WeeksRate: $6/hourWork ModelPosition is HYBRID, the expectation is for someone to be onsite 2 days/week in any of the following client locations:In Peru: Miraflores Lima-PeruIn Colombia: Mill Barbosa-Antioquia or Bogota OfficeIn Ecuador: Office in Guayaquil - EcuadorJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure the successful creation of orders in SAP, either manually or through different platforms.Download of Purchase Orders from customer portals (Distributor or End Customer).Review, report, and follow up on order entry errors via EDI or other platforms.Daily follow up on order status and invoicing.Manage price differences in customer orders.Administration of the Order Entry Portal: upload and update catalogs and images.Send reports on order entry and price differences.Communicate order entry status (order closures, price changes and/or product reference changes, updates, etc.).Create orders for rebilling (re-invoice).Drive continuous improvement related to the order entry process.RequirementsAcademic Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.1 year experience in related roles.Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge on SAP.English basic.SkillsHigh level of proactivity.Ability to work independently.Strong communication skills.
