Brand Supervisor

Love Advertising is looking for a Brand Supervisor who drives client growth, leads with strategy, and knows how to get great work out the door. The right person is as comfortable in a client meeting as they are in an internal review. They’re organized, invested, and ready to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position.What You’ll DoServe as the day-to-day client lead across multiple accounts, managing relationships with confidence and accountabilityTranslate client business objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and digital teamsOversee project workflow across internal departments by keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on trackReview all client-facing materials before they go out the doorManage and mentor junior account staffStay ahead of client industries through ongoing research, including energy, B2B, and related sectorsBring strategic POV to account planning and campaign development, not just execution managementWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field5–8 years of agency account management experience, with direct client ownershipFamiliarity with B2B, energy, or industrial categories is a plusStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior clientsHighly organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a bonusPerksMedical, dental, and vision coverage for employees401(k) with employer matchHybrid work schedulePTO includes Summer Fridays and a generous holiday calendarLove Advertising is an equal opportunity employer.
