Senior Program Manager
Role Description
The Senior Program Manager provides executive-level leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for complex federal programs. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for directing multiple projects, managing large multidisciplinary teams, overseeing contract performance, and ensuring successful execution of program objectives in accordance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and agency priorities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated executive leadership and program management experience supporting large, complex federal contracts.
Exceptional organizational leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to lead geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and customer briefings.
Experience managing organizational change initiatives and business process improvement efforts.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex operational challenges.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with executive leadership, Government officials, and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with knowledge management systems, data management tools, GIS technologies, and federal information systems.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives under demanding deadlines.
Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in business, management, information systems or other related fields OR Master's degree and 8 years of experience in business, management, information systems or other related fields.
