Responsibilities will include managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass processing orders, providing timely updates, estimating potential new projects, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and troubleshooting or resolving any issues. You will also contribute to maintaining business relationships and supporting clients with their specific print, design, and marketing objectives.QualificationsCustomer Service and Relationship Management skills to deliver excellent service and maintain positive client connectionsOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficientlyBasic Knowledge of Print and Marketing Processes, with the ability to communicate and coordinate related tasksProblem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to identify issues and propose innovative solutionsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to correspond professionally with internal teams and clientsProficiency with standard business software and tools, such as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environmentPrior experience in printing, marketing, or customer service is a plusMust be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solverStrong attention to details and quality control, with a strong interest in preventing errors and solving problems.
