Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues efficiently.
Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrains.
Conduct wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, and suspension repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately troubleshoot complex problems.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to complete repairs with precision.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality service.
Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience with a strong mechanical background.
Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Stellantis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles or similar makes is a plus; diesel engine repair experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures including powertrain repairs, alignments, transmissions, and diesel engine repairs.
