Peoplesoft HCM Techno Functional Consultant > 5 year project

For one of our ongoing project we are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM/HR Techno-Functional Consultant.The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Labor). Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs. Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption. Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes. Conduct user training and support to facilitate successful adoption. Qualifications: 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/HR experience, with strong technical and functional knowledge. Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools (PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
