For more information, please visit www.andersonsinc.com.Position OverviewThe Technician I, Maintenance role supports plant operations by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Responsibilities include completing routine maintenance tasks, assisting with basic electrical troubleshooting , and working with equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and bucket elevators. This position requires hands‑on mechanical work, use of tools, and the ability to diagnose and address equipment issues while working both independently and alongside experienced team members. Work is performed in an industrial environment and includes physical demands such as heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights up to 100 feet. This role is ideal for dependable, safety‑focused individuals with a strong mechanical background who are eager to build their skills and contribute to overall equipment reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on plant equipment, building interior and exterior.Maintain computerized preventative maintenance systemMaintain current and in-depth knowledge of all safety policies and standards related to position.
