Company DescriptionPrivate mental health practice, located in Howland, Ohio who provides in-office and telehealth appointments for clients living with mental health difficulties including but not limiting to depression, anxiety, mood-swings. We aim to provide holistic, integrative care with medication management and psychotherapy with new therapeutic modalities including TMS and Spravato.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Howland, OH. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include providing support and guidance, assessing patient needs, and documenting sessions accordingly. The therapist will work closely with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.We are also looking for therapist who will grow with us and looking for a full time position.The #1 criteria we are looking for is a therapist who is caring and compassionate and looking for the best interest for their patients.QualificationsMental Health and Family Therapy skillsTreatment Planning and Case Management skillsSocial Work skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teamBachelor's degree required in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, Master's degree preferred.Relevant licensure or certification as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC in the state of OhioPrevious experience in a clinical setting is preferredStudents and interns could be considered as we have a LISW on staff to supervise.
