Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.Salary Range Starting at: $36,400.00Job ObjectiveAs the Office Manager you will manage administrative responsibilities, related to clerical tasks, accounting, property, and donor relations. The position requires regular communication with TSA Elkhart Team for regular office responsibilities.What You Will DoMaintain and submit weekly deposits and invoices Facilitate office mailing Coordinate vehicle records, usage, regular maintenance and repairsMaintain files, records, and responses related to accounting and donor relationsLead account receivable proceduresManage Fund Manager in collaboration with Social Service teamOversee and coordinate preventative maintenance for all TSA facilitiesMaintain all inventories Maintain and update vendor contactsWork with TSA databases related to dutiesPerforms other job duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.Education: Some college required, associate degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experienceBackground Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.Experience: One or more years of administrative/office experience (desired).Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe from Harm training within the first 90 days of employment.Skills/AbilitiesAble to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership, field personnel, and clienteleComputer proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn electronic reporting systemsSupervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilitiesThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the duties of this job.
