Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$125,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yrFor the expansion of the company site we are looking for a Program Manager - Operations & Facility.Job Duties:Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.Participates in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.Promotes the program throughout the organization and tracks utilization.Supervises the work of program or project staff to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.Provides reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.Attributes:Serves as leader of authority with expert-level knowledge in one or more areas.Makes authoritative decisions and recommendations.Plans, organizes, and guides projects and subordinate employees.May be called on to consult in other areas.Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience.An advanced degree may be preferred.Must have experience in Operations and/or Facility Management.Shop Floor experience in a metal or electrical environment is a definite asset.Reports to:Typically reports to a department head or manager.Ability to develop and mentor others.Oral and written communication skills.Ability to build collaborative relationships.Detail oriented.
