Lead OCM ConsultantLocation: Troy, MIDuration: FulltimeJob Description:12-18+ years of experience required for position with hands on Organizational Change Management Experience. Manufacturing industry experience (Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, Process) preferred with experience in managing global large scale transformations including S/4 Hana/PLM/MES. Experience of facilitating discussions with senior business leaders/executives and coach them from OCM perspective. Microsoft Project Plan experience for authoring, updating, monitoring and controlling the activities. Communication video experience preferred MS Office experience with ability to create impactful PowerPoints, dashboards and conduct data analysis using Excel. Exposure to Training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Skilled in business value led approaches and helping shape client decision making and willing to take ownership Technical awareness of IT systems and Software Development Life Cycle.
