Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a contract position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based on-site in Macon, GA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavior technicians. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and monitoring client progress while documenting and analyzing data to adjust treatment plans as needed. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of behavior analysis principles, including conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Experience in supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring to inform clinical decisions.Proficiency in providing parent training and collaborating effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current licensure in the state of Georgia.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Experience working with individuals with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable.Familiarity with ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis.
