This role partners closely with nursing and administrative teams to enhance the overall resident experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitorsSupport the admission process and help new residents feel welcomed and comfortableIdentify and respond to resident needs to ensure a positive experienceProvide information on facility services, programs, and daily activitiesCoordinate and assist with events, celebrations, and special gatheringsEnsure residents have access to daily essentials and comfort itemsBuild strong relationships with residents and families to enhance satisfactionMaintain clear and consistent communication across departmentsAssist with additional duties that support the overall resident experienceQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive, professional demeanor with a passion for customer serviceExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsTeam-oriented, flexible, and service-focused mindsetExperienceMinimum of 2 years in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or a related field preferredWhy Join UsAt The Greens at Pinehurst, we are committed to building a team that delivers exceptional care and service.
