Manage the full recruitment cycle – from first contact to offer acceptance. Proactively source candidates who are actually a fit – not just active job seekers. Conduct HR interviews, present candidates to hiring teams, and coordinate further steps. Guide candidates through the process, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive experience. Keep our ATS neat and up-to-date – we like order and clarity. Make sure our job postings are always clear, current, and engaging. Requirements: 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong sourcing skills – you're persistent, proactive, and attentive to details. Experience in conducting HR interviews is a must. English level Upper-Intermediate or higher. You know how to sell the role – to the right person, in the right way. You take ownership, stay organized, and genuinely care about the quality of your work.
