Strong sourcing skills – you're persistent, proactive, and attentive to details. Experience in conducting HR interviews is a must. English level Upper-Intermediate or higher. You know how to sell the role – to the right person, in the right way. You take ownership, stay organized, and genuinely care about the quality of your work.
