Sanctions Services Operations Client Support
TTS Sanctions Ops Client Solutions Officer is a junior-level position responsible for accomplishing results to drive client resolution and support activities in coordination with the Sanctions Operations Hubs.Currently we are hiring for Client Solutions that will provide dedicated service to Clients in Sanctions Screening Operations which is a specialized unit providing control services for payments.We place special emphasis on providing the highest quality services to our clients combined with timely performance, while ensuring that operational activities are conducted in accordance with the Global Sanctions Policy.Responsibilities:Drive the strategy for Customer Service from Sanctions perspective to deliver on Cluster needs and ensuring alignment with Global/Regional and Cluster priorities.Developing relationships with key clients, facilitating, and leading on-site visits and ensuring timely and appropriate client communication.Investigate Sanction queries including Client interactions in line with Match Verification GuidelinesTimely address all the client queries & escalate appropriately if not resolved on the same day and track the responses from the clientsPartner with Global Compliance Team and identify key strategic solutions to improve Client ExperiencePerform analytics to identify themes / trends / improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to enhance the data qualityPublish periodical insights / Key highlights / innovations to the Senior managementMonitor and ensure transactions processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controlsAssist in the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of all required issues as directedAssist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services projectsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:3-4 years of relevant client facing roleBanking and Operations knowledge is an added advantageSanctions & AML experience will be preferredEffective verbal and written communication skillsExpert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entryEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
