Meteora is a destination for discovery, storytelling, and elemental cooking from two-Michelin-starred Chef Jordan Kahn. More than a restaurant, Meteora is an immersive culinary experience shaped by fire, seasonality, and the deep relationship between nature, craft, and hospitality. We are seeking passionate culinary leaders at the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Sous Chef levels to join our team and help guide the continued evolution of this ambitious and highly creative kitchen. The cuisine combines ancient, primordial cooking methods with modern technique, centered around meticulously sourced ingredients prepared over live fire and expressed through their elemental forms — leaf, root, stem, seed, shell, flesh, and bone.
