Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provide administrative and office support for all aspects of the program.
Individual is responsible for multiple office duties including but not limited to: preparing weekly paperwork, processing payroll, and maintaining confidential participant and personnel records.
Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Must be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
Associates Degree is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is a plus.
Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Flexibility in hours and non-traditional work hours, may work some evenings or weekends
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
