ABOUT THE JOB
As the Sales Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to provide superior service to the wholesale distribution sales team by serving as a point of contact and acting as a liaison for the Outdoors - Fiberon wholesale business units. You will help execute sales by partnering with the sales team in regards to requests that will allow them the opportunity to gain additional selling time.This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in sales with Fortune Brands Innovations!
YOUR ROLE
Perform sales related duties for the sales team by responding to inquiries including, but not limited to: sales reporting, program support, product information.
Faciliate information for product and/or technical information requests
Assist in developing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Communication documents
Assist in updating CRM (Micorsoft Dynamics)
Sell sheet generation
Establish and maintain relationships with the sales team as part of overall company strategy and objectives
Act as liaison with other departments within the organization to develop cohesive working relationships and facilitate information sharing
May assist Inside Sales during peak periods
Ongoing in-depth training to understand Fiberon Value Proposition, Key Programs, and Sales Process
