Our clients are leading the way digital banking is personalized and delivered to end users.Responsibilities:Lead large cross-functional software development efforts – support of multiple Scrum TeamsDevelopment and management of technical project plans, schedules and resourcesPreparation of project scope and estimate documentsManagement of technical project requirements, scope and deliverablesFacilitate various Scrum activities at the team and product level, such as: Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Stand-Up’s, Backlog Refinement, Scrum of Scrums and impromptu meetings as needed.Help team to identify and remove roadblocks, which could require cross-team, cross-product collaboration and or escalation.Work with product owner(s) to find techniques for effective backlog management. Ensure product backlog is visible, prioritized to generate higher business value and that items are clear and concise.Coordination of software releases within a complex and rapidly changing environmentWork in a collaborative manner with all internal stakeholdersEnsures compliance with the company’s software development life cycle practicesEscalates issues to support timely problem resolutionCoordination of internal joint application design sessionsParticipate in high-level design discussions, analyze user requirementsAct as a liaison with our Account Management Team for client specific effortsUse issue management software to manage and track development effortsIdeal Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or proven work experience in related field8-10 years of experience within a Software Development Organization acting as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst or Development Leadership RoleJIRA issue management experience is preferredPrior experience within an iterative development environment (i.e. Agile, etc.)Strong complex problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to learn quickly and manage time effectivelyProven written and oral communication skillsHighly organized and detail orientedOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
