Enterprise Data Operator (Remote - EST Hours)

We help build relationships, trust, confidence and community.”We are seeking an Enterprise Data Operator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is remote in EST hours.Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 5:30 pm EST, 30-min unpaid lunchResponsibilitiesProcess incoming Excel files on an hourly basis and upload data into internal systemsCreate and update customer and location records within master data systemsHandle new customer setup, credit updates, name changes, and account maintenanceValidate and verify data accuracy before and after uploadsRoute credit account updates for approval while processing eligible updates independentlyMaintain records of data input and ensure compliance with established proceduresMeet SLAs by completing file processing within defined timeframesPerform data entry, formatting, and calculations using ExcelIdentify errors through verification processes and apply corrections as neededCompile, organize, and maintain reports, records, and documentationSupport teams with clerical and data-related tasks, including reporting and data preparationParticipate in team meetings and communicate updates, risks, or concernsAdhere to policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsPerform additional administrative and operational duties as assignedSkills And Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data processingExperience with functions such as VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, and similar toolsAbility to work with large datasets and support mass uploadsProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and experience with shared files (e.g., SharePoint)Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and validationAbility to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining qualityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsBasic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow established processesPreferred QualificationsExperience using Trilogy or similar data management systemsFamiliarity with Airtable or similar toolsExperience using Excel macros (usage, not development)We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
