Lead Hardware Development Manager CPU & Memory Performance

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Hardware Development Manager to lead CPU and memory performance initiatives across EC2 server designs. You will guide a team of hardware and system engineers, coordinate with silicon suppliers and ODMs, and drive a high-performance roadmap from concept through manufacturing and maturation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with product/program teams to deliver safe, scalable, and cost-efficient hardware.
