QualificationsEducation: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).Licenses/Certifications:Active RN license.CPR-BCLS certification.ACLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).Experience: No previous experience required; training provided.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide care in a professional manner.Knowledge of preoperative nursing processes and patient safety protocols.
