If you want the freedom to grow at a firm that is invested in your future, keep reading.The OpportunityAs a Professional Development Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Firm’s Staff Professional Development team, supporting the department in successfully executing its overall strategy and goals in alignment with firm priorities. You will be responsible for supporting administration of this group, global professional staff and the firmwide recognition program.The Day-To-DayAssists the professional development team with all professional staff performance and development matters, including the execution of the annual performance evaluation process Maintains staff evaluation process completion rates and reportingSupports development, refinement and coordination of new and existing learning and development programmingAdministrative set-up and logistical coordination for in-house training programs and meetings, including sending outlook calendar invites, booking conference rooms in respective locations, technology set-up, preparation and distribution of materials, tracking RSVP’sUpdates department reporting and files including exit interview data, practice specific attorney reports, demographic information, mentoring assignments, new hire data, and continuous updates in evaluation software (viDesktop)Maintains Staff Professional Development intranet page and distribution listsProcesses team expense reports, checks requests and invoices for paymentCollaborates with local HR team on joint objectives operational updates Supports the firmwide recognition program including daily management of the program’s centralized Outlook inbox and collaborating with team and cross-department stakeholders on engagement initiatives. Acts as a steward of the firm’s culture and values to promote and build a culture of collaboration, teamwork and high performancePerforms other related duties as assignedYou HaveBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience1-3 years of experience in a human resources, talent/professional development or learning environment preferred. Experience working in a law firm is a plus. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs.
