This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and earning performance-based bonuses.You will represent our company at retail locations, community events, trade shows, and local festivals throughout the St. Louis area.Responsibilities Represent DALCO Home Remodeling professionally at events and retail locations such as Sam's ClubEngage with potential customers and provide information about our products and servicesGenerate customer interest and schedule appointments for the sales teamMaintain a positive and professional attitude while working with the event teamArrive on time and assist with event setup and breakdown as neededCompensation & Benefits Weekly pay with hourly base pay plus performance bonusesTypical earnings range from $1,150–$2,250 per week depending on performance and event scheduleFlexible part-time schedulingOpportunities for advancement into leadership and management rolesFun, team-oriented work environmentQualifications Strong communication and customer service skillsOutgoing, friendly, and professional personalityReliable transportation preferredAbility to stand for extended periods during eventsWeekend availability preferredPrevious customer service, retail, promotions, or event experience is helpful but not requiredWhy Join DALCO?
