Lead Systems Engineer, Plaque Analytics

HeartFlow is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer with plaque-analysis expertise to lead system requirements, architecture, and verification and validation for how HeartFlow detects, characterizes, and quantifies coronary plaque. You will set measurement accuracy standards, collaborate with Regulatory, Clinical, and Software teams, mentor engineers, and support regulatory submissions (510(k), De Novo, PMA) while ensuring proper risk management.
