Role Description Crescent Multimedia Solutions is seeking a full-time Audio Visual Installation Technician for an on-site role based in New Orleans, LA. The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of audiovisual (AV) systems, including video conferencing setups, lighting systems, and projectors. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with team members to meet project specifications within established timelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) systems installation and integrationStrong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AV-related issuesExperience with video conferencing systems and equipmentKnowledge of lighting systems and their alignment with AV configurationsExpertise in the setup and maintenance of projectors and other display solutionsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansStrong communication and teamwork skills for effective client and team interactionsRelevant certifications (e.g., CTS certification) are a plusPrior experience in commercial AV installation is preferredWillingness to work flexible hours and travel to client locations as needed
