Ensure test result integrity through meticulous analysis, error resolution, as well as preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory devices. Oversee specimen collection and the preparation of samples for accurate testing as required. Document all procedures with precision, assist in training new team members, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards. Educational Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Required Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment. Ongoing certification maintenance is a requirement for the duration of your employment.
