Sales & Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Client Servicing Executive who can drive revenue, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of exhibition projects.This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for generating business, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality exhibition booths.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (Primary Focus)Generate leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach (cold calls/emails)Drive monthly revenue targets and achieve sales closuresDevelop new clients and build long-term business relationshipsIdentify client requirements and propose suitable exhibition solutionsCreate and present proposals (PPTs), quotations, and project plansMaintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against KPIsClient Servicing & CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are metManage client communication, updates, and approvalsEnsure high client satisfaction and repeat businessWork closely with the production team for booth setup and executionAssist in project planning, checklists, and timelinesTravel for onsite supervision of exhibition setup and dismantlingCoordinate with vendors, partners, and organizers for smooth executionAdditional ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage vendor and partner networksAssist in inventory planning and project logistics when requiredPrepare monthly sales and performance reportsRequirementsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSales-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generationHighly organized with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving attitude and proactive approachWillingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetingsExperience in sales / client servicing / exhibitions / events preferred
