Responsible for translating partner collaboration into scalable, monetizable solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesServes as senior relationship owner for assigned design partnerLeads structured discovery and co-creation sessions to identify unmet needs and product opportunitiesTranslates partner insights into scalable product roadmaps and commercialization plansAligns cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data, Legal, and Commercial teamsDrives pilot design, measurement frameworks, and innovation governance processesDevelops business cases supporting portfolio expansion and investment decisionsInfluences senior leadership through clear articulation of opportunity, risk, and financial impactEnsures learnings from design partnerships are institutionalized and scaled beyond individual clientsCoaches Managers in synthesizing insights and building commercialization-ready materialsRequired Work Experience10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadershipExperience managing enterprise-level client relationships preferredEducationBachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
